RETURN POLICY - RETAIL 

At Rivers Edge, we take extraordinary steps to ensure our merchandise arrives at its final destination in excellent condition. Our order packers are thoroughly trained in the most up-to-date packing techniques available. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, there are many outside influences beyond our control that can result in damaged merchandise. Therefore, we ask that you check your order thoroughly for any potential breakage. This recommendation applies to both our wholesale dealers and retail consumers, as returns can only be processed through the store from which a purchase was made. We thank you for your patronage and hope that you’ll find our merchandise far exceeds your expectations.

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and We will happily refund the purchase price. 

 

RETURNS

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below:

 

REFUNDS, CREDITS AND BALANCES DUE 

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, We will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service for assistance. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Customer Service immediately using the contact information included with the order. 

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting support, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. 

 

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

WHAT IS COVERED? 

TKG Sports Products warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for the term described, except as qualified below. The life of the product is determined from the date of purchase until such time as the product is no longer serviceable due to normal wear and tear. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED? 

TKG Sports Products shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultra Violet (UV) light damage on the golf bags, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or improper care. 

THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TKG SPORTS PRODUCTS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

WHAT TKG SPORTS PRODUCTS WILL DO 

If after inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, without merchandise charge. You will be responsible for shipping fees related to the inspection, repair, or replacement of a product. For international warranty claims outside of the United States of America, shipping and duty fees are also your responsibility. 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE 

Return the product, freight prepaid, to the TKG Sports Products Dealer from whom it was purchased; or, contact TKG Sports Product's Customer Satisfaction Department for return authorization: (855)335-7939 or by email at support@tkgsports.com. Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization cannot be accepted. The product registration card packaged with our product need not be returned for the warranty to be effective and for you to receive warranty service.
